| Maintenance Supervisor - Portland | Plant Operations | GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for all departmental production processes, proper staffing, work flows, quality control, and safety issues. Responsible for ensuring that departmental productivity and performance objectives are met. Ensures all production related reporting is accurately prepared and forwarded to appropriate person(s). Selects, trains, directs, evaluates, and recommends termination for all direct reports. ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS • Recognize, understand, and ensure attainment of written and verbal departmental production objectives as communicated by the Manager of Plant Operations. • Coordinate staffing needs (regular and temporary) with Manager of Plant Operations and Human Resources Administrator. • Interview and select qualified applicants for job openings. • Effectively train, evaluate, and discipline verbally and in writing, direct reports. • Recognize and ensure compliance of all departmental quality control policies and procedures. • Ensure that all company and departmental safety rules and procedures are complied with by direct reports and self. • Communicate effectively within the department, between departments, and between management and employees. • Recognize and ensure accurate and timely completion of all departmental paperwork. • Monitor cleanliness and ensure organization of department floor area, outside yard, and common areas of plant (i.e.: break room, restrooms, glove room). • Monitor and ensure security of yard and plant as instructed by the Manager of Plant Operations. • Coordinate with other departments or shifts, transfer of product, equipment, or personnel as instructed by the Manager of Plant Operations. • Utilize management by objective techniques with direct reports. • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with direct reports. • Attend management skills classes as scheduled. • Maintain and update inventory levels and systems for general maintenance supplies and parts as directed by Manager of Plant Operations. • Accurately estimate costs and make price comparisons prior to ordering supplies and parts. • Accumulate bids for projects requiring outside services/contractors. | QUALIFICATIONS • Must possess exemplary supervisory experience, leadership skills and overall knowledge of industrial production maintenance operations. • Must be available to work scheduled hours as required. • Pass drug screen prior to employment in this position. • Pass Company's basic math skill and Mechanical skill test. • Have familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word / Excel) • Speak, understand, read, and write the English language. | Customer Service Associate - Oregon City | Redemption Center Operations |

The Customer Service Associate I is responsible for delivering superior customer service to all guests of the BottleDrop system in a friendly and considerate manner while maintaining the appearance of the Redemption Center and surrounding area to company and state mandated standards; and communicating and reporting daily activities of the location to the appropriate corporate departments.
ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS
• Assist our guests by introducing them to the features of the OBRC BottleDrop Redemption Center, including the EZ Drop system – made up of using the kiosk, getting payment slips, bags/tags -, as well as our manual count policies and use of the Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) • Maintain the appearance of the facility and its surrounding area including the parking lot to company and state mandated requirements through regular inspection and cleaning of the vicinity. This includes regular sweeping, mopping, wiping down counters/machines, dusting, windows/doors, properly storing supplies, and the cleanliness of the break room. • Ensure we have the proper supplies on-hand at all times to conduct daily operations • Efficiently and accurately complete all data entry requirements, processing of bottles, and cash handling responsibilities
OTHER JOB TASKS
• Assume additional responsibilities as needed/required, i.e. opening/closing procedures • Assist with company events/promotion including the opening of new locations and the in-store sign up phase • Assist with coverage at other locations as needed • Follow all company safety policies and procedures • May be required to attend meetings/training sessions outside of normal work schedule • May be required to work in excess of 40 hours/week periodically as business needs require

QUALIFICATIONS
• Positive, upbeat and energetic individual with customer service and cash handling experience (minimum of 2 years experience) • General knowledge of the Oregon Bottle Bill • Strong verbal communication skills and computer literacy • Ability to learn the required maintenance and troubleshooting for the IT and RVM equipment • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35+ lbs. and stand for several hours a day • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights and weekends on a regular basis. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Those selected for hire will begin working in mid to late July. Pay: $10/hour Part-time hours available 15-25 hours a week
