Maintenance Mechanic - PORTLANDPlant
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION Perform preventative maintenance work on plant equipment. Troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary. Utilize electric, welding, carpentry and general mechanical skills to problem solve throughout the shift. Assemble machines, conveyors, and other items as necessary. Material HandlerRedemption Center
GENERAL JOB INFORMATION Competent individual will work in a warehouse environment and operate a variety of compaction equipment and tools to sort, count, or move empty beverage containers for the purpose of recycling. This person will demonstrate attention to detail and ability to work safely when moving totes or pallets of material using a pallet jack (either manual or electric). The Material Handler will possess the basic mechanical aptitude necessary to assist with cleaning, maintenance and basic troubleshooting of redemption center equipment. This position also requires the ability to effectively communicate daily activity and maintenance/repair needs with superiors, maintenance department and teammates.
ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS • Receive, stack and process empty beverage containers • Cleaning and maintenance of compaction and sort equipment • Safe and proper operation of equipment • Safely operate an electric pallet jack

Help Desk Specialist I - EUGENEIT
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION Perform a variety of technical functions in the installation, operation, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of computers, point of sale stations, barcode scanners, thermal printers, interactive kiosks and computer peripherals.
QUALIFICATIONS -Working knowledge of Microsoft products including; Windows Operating Systems, Office Suite, SharePoint, Exchange and Active Directory. -Working knowledge of TCP/IP Networking and related equipment (switches/routers) -Ability to interpret and resolve problems with computer hardware, software, printers, micro controllers and VoIP phone systems. -Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in networking and computer support. -Experience with any of the following a plus; thermal printers, handheld barcode scanners, interactive kiosks and Mitel 3300 based phone system. -Pass drug screen prior to employment in this position. -Must not pose a direct safety threat to himself/herself or others.

The Customer Service Associate will also maintain cleanliness of the facility and equipment throughout their shift by performing routine cleaning tasks. This individual will possess the ability to work safely, with a sense of urgency, in a fast paced retail environment. This position also requires basic troubleshooting and maintenance of reverse vending machines and use of redemption center tools.

ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS -Maintain personal appearance consistent with OBRC Management expectations. -Arrive on time for every scheduled workday. -Conduct yourself in a professional manner in both attitude and appearance. Perform pre-trip inspections on cube van truck. -Safely and courteously operate a vehicle and all equipment, including pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates, dock plates, load locks, etc. -Proper product preparation including marking of bags, building of pallets and product groupings. -Proper preparation of drafts, accurate counts, accurate and legible math. Proper loading of trucks, insuring that all items paid for are loaded, load is properly secured and that bags are "layered" in the truck. -Completion of weekly tasks in allotted amount of time

Maintenance Supervisor - PORTLANDPlant Operations
QUALIFICATIONS • Must have inventory control and preventative maintenance experience. • Must have budget forecasting and reconciliation experience • Must have experience constructing and managing a project timeline. • Must possess leadership skills and overall knowledge of industrial production maintenance operations. • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages; to apply concepts of basic algebra. • Complete Forklift training class as scheduled by the company. • Must be CPR certified or complete CPR certified class as provided by the company. • Knowledge of basic electricity, including the ability to detect, assess and appropriately safeguard against potential electrical problems. • Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems and controls, the ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics. • Knowledge of the non-manufacturing process and systems that support the plant (e.g. electrical heat, HVAC, plumbing, etc. . .). • Knowledge of PLC's and other computer based manufacturing programs. • Must be available to work scheduled hours as required. • Pass drug screen prior to employment in this position. • Have familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word / Excel / CMMS) • Speak, understand, read, and write the English language. • Meet physical requirements of the job; lift up to 50lbs. • Possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. • Must not pose a direct safety threat to himself/herself or others.
ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS • Recognize, understand, and ensure attainment of written and verbal objectives as it relates to production goals and communicate with Plant Manager. • Communicate and coordinate staffing needs (regular and temporary) with Plant Manager and Human Resources Manager. • Interview and select qualified applicants for job openings. • Effectively train, evaluate, and discipline verbally and in writing, direct reports. • Recognize and ensure compliance of all departmental maintenance quality control policies, safety, and procedures. • Adhere to all company Lock Out Tag Out policies and procedures. • Ensure that all company and departmental safety rules and procedures are complied with by maintenance staff and self. • Communicate effectively within the maintenance department, production department, and with the Plant Manager. • Recognize and ensure accurate and timely completion of all maintenance departmental paperwork. • Monitor cleanliness and ensure organization of maintenance area, outside yard, and common areas of plant (i.e.: break room, restrooms). • Monitor and ensure security of yard and plant as instructed by the Plant Manager. • Coordinate with other departments or shifts, transfer of product, equipment, or personnel as instructed by the Plant Manager. • Attend management skills classes as scheduled. • Maintain and update inventory levels and systems for general maintenance supplies and parts as directed by Plant Manager. • Accurately estimate costs and make price comparisons prior to ordering supplies and parts. • Insure / verify correct maintenance is completed by qualified personnel and properly documented. • Accumulate bids for projects requiring outside services/contractors. • Document recurring equipment breakdowns and develop methods and programs to predict and eliminate breakdowns.
